- Dr. Luis Noel Alfaro Gramajo is an accomplished academic, international consultant, and businessman from Guatemala. He has been affiliated with INCAE Business School since 1986, serving as an academic director and professor in various executive training programs for the private, public, and non-governmental sectors.

- Member of the Corporate Governance Committee of BANRURAL Financial Group, which includes the presidents of its various companies (Bank, Insurance Company, and Financial Company).
- Director of the Board of Directors of Banco de Desarrollo Rural S.A. (BANRURAL S.A.), one of the largest and most profitable banks in Central America.
- President of the Board of Directors of Aseguradora Rural S.A. (ASRURAL S.A.), the insurance division of BANRURAL Financial Group.
- Director of the Board of Directors of the Investment Fund for Development (FID).
- Member of the Presidents Club at INCAE Business School.
- Dr. Alfaro specializes in several areas, including Accounting and Finance, Managerial Control, Institutional Analysis, Finance for Development, Entrepreneurship, Microfinance, Economic and Social Development, Quantitative Methods for Managers, Political and Environmental Analysis, Theory of Economic Development, and Project Formulation and Evaluation. He is the Founder and Academic Director of the Program/Diploma in Senior Management of Microfinance Institutions (PAD-MIF) and the Diploma in Advanced Management in Banking and Finance for Development (PGA BFD).
- As the Founder and Academic Director of the Management Consulting Practice, Dr. Alfaro has supported over 250 companies across the Americas. These include Bayer Corporation in the USA; Cía. Pfizer, El Grupo Gigante, Aeroméxico, and Carrier Corporation in Mexico; Grupo la Fragua in Guatemala; Grupo TACA in El Salvador; Cargill in Honduras; Corporación de Supermercados Unidos in Costa Rica; Grupo Pellas in Nicaragua; MARCIMEX in Ecuador; the Stock Exchange, EDIFICA, and MARCIMEX in Peru; and the Radisson Hotel in Bolivia. He has provided strategic and managerial solutions through practical application work overseen by graduates of INCAE’s MBA program.
- Dr. Alfaro has delivered lectures globally, including in Central America, the USA, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, France, the Philippines, India, Morocco, South Africa, and Uganda.

- Anna Lucia Alfaro Dardón, also known as Ana Lucía Alfaro, is a Guatemalan professional with extensive international experience. She has lived, worked, and studied in over 16 countries across the Americas, Europe, and Africa. Her career covers a wide range of sectors, including investments, corporate business strategy, economic and financial consulting, banking, research, public policy, government, and international development economics. She has contributed to both private and public sectors, including organizations like the World Bank Group, the Inter-American Development Bank, and USAID.
- Anna Lucia is a Harvard Kennedy School International Fellow, a Harvard Women and Public Policy Fellow, a Harvard Cultural Bridge Fellow, and an alumna of the U.S. Department of State’s IVLP International Visitors Leadership Program.
